What is the difference between ProtectPro and Hi Energy?
ProtectPro products are designed to handle electromagnetic radiation (4G, 5G, 6G); they do not increase energy.
Hi Energy products are designed to increase energy; they do not handle radiation. Many customers use one of each.
Which ProtectPro products cover 4G, 5G and 6G specifically?
CELL, SD 4, SD 8 and the whole SD 9 series. SD 1, SD 2 and SD 3 are the Human, Food and Sleep Protect units.
How big an area does one unit cover?
Every product page lists the radius and diameter. As a guide:

Do the products need power or batteries?
Smart Defenders and the Room Energizer need no power. The wands are rechargeable; chargers are included with Wand 3 and Wand 400.
Do they contain magnets or emit anything?
No. The products contain no magnetic, electromagnetic, radioactive, toxic or corrosive materials.

Where do orders ship from?
USA orders ship from Clearwater, Florida with $10 flat shipping. European orders ship from Bautzen, Germany at €10 (Germany), €20 (EU) or €30 (elsewhere).
Can I pay in euros?
Yes. Email support@protectfromemf.org for euro pricing including VAT; the Sole Classic, yoga mats and W 100 are priced differently in Europe.
