Returns and refunds

We want you to be happy with what you buy. If a product is not right for you, you can send it back. Here is how it works.

In short: request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, we confirm by email and send you the return address, you post the product back to us, and we refund the product price to your original payment method once it arrives.

30 day returns on every product

You can request a return on any product within 30 days of the day you receive it. The product should be complete and in the condition you received it, with its original packaging where possible.

4 week money back guarantee on Sleep Protect SD 3

Sleep Protect SD 3 comes with a 4 week money back guarantee. Use it in your bedroom for up to 4 weeks. If you are not happy with it, send it back and we refund the product price. Shipping charges are not refunded.

How to request a return

  1. Email support@protectfromemf.org with your full name, your order number, the date of your order and the reason for the return.
  2. We confirm the return by email and give you the return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before you have this confirmation.
  3. Pack the product securely and post it to the address we gave you. We recommend a tracked service, because the product is your responsibility until it reaches us.
  4. When the product arrives we inspect it and email you to confirm your refund.

Shipping costs

The cost of posting a return is paid by you. The original shipping charge on your order is not refunded, unless the law in your country requires it. If we sent you the wrong product or it arrived damaged, tell us straight away and we will put it right at our cost.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to the payment method you used when you ordered. Once we have sent the refund, please allow 5 to 10 working days for it to show on your statement. The exact time depends on your bank or card provider.

Where orders ship from

Orders in the USA ship from Florida. Orders in Europe ship from Germany. When you request a return we tell you which address to use, so that your return goes to the right place.
