1What this policy covers
This policy explains what protectfromemf.org collects when you visit, order, open an account or apply to our affiliate programme, and who receives it.
2When you order
We collect the information needed to process your order. At checkout that is:
- Name
- Billing and delivery address
- Email address
- Phone number
- Order notes, if you add any
We use it to take your order, arrange delivery and answer questions about it.
3Who receives your order details
Your order details go to the warehouse that packs and ships your order: in Florida for orders within the USA, and in Germany for orders within Europe. They are used only to deliver your order.
4Payments
A payment processor handles card details. We never see your full card number.
5Cookies and affiliate tracking
If you consent, we remember which affiliate referred you, using a cookie that lasts 60 days. It lets us credit that affiliate if you buy within that time. Without your consent this cookie is not set.
6If you open an account
An account keeps your email address, your saved addresses and your order history, so you can see them under My account and check out faster next time.
7If you apply to the affiliate programme
We keep the details you enter in the application form, such as your name, email address, website and how you plan to promote the products. We use them to review your application, track the sales you refer and pay your commission.
